I loved the relaxing indoor pool and the variety at breakfast, especially the egg station. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging our shared taxi to Big Almaty Lake, making our trip more convenient.

missingWrote a review on 06 Decspacious roomsconvenient locationlimited breakfast
The rooms offer a decent amount of space and seem to provide essential amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the hotel's prime location, conveniently situated near the metro and local attractions.
Breakfast lacked variety, especially for international travelers, with no basic continental options available. The gym is cramped and poorly equipped, offering little beyond minimal exercise options. Additionally, ongoing renovations disrupted tranquility, with early morning drilling waking guests up before reasonable hours. On top of that, our room showed signs of wear, including water damage, and key amenities like coffee machines weren't maintained properly.

Spent two nights here with the family and gotta say the staff was amazing, super helpful. The pool was a great escape after a long day, kids loved it.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but honestly worth it for the comfort and service.

The room was spacious and cozy, and I really enjoyed the live egg station at breakfast. I loved relaxing at the indoor swimming pool and steam room after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the gym was a bit small for my liking, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro and city attractions. The staff was remarkably friendly, making interactions enjoyable, especially with the cheerful hotel personnel. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring various delicious dishes, including popular gyu-don selections. However, the view from our room could have been better, and it was smaller than expected. Additionally, extra pillows were not readily available, which would have enhanced our comfort.
