I loved the relaxing indoor pool and the variety at breakfast, especially the egg station. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging our shared taxi to Big Almaty Lake, making our trip more convenient.

The rooms offer a decent amount of space and seem to provide essential amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the hotel's prime location, conveniently situated near the metro and local attractions.

Breakfast lacked variety, especially for international travelers, with no basic continental options available. The gym is cramped and poorly equipped, offering little beyond minimal exercise options. Additionally, ongoing renovations disrupted tranquility, with early morning drilling waking guests up before reasonable hours. On top of that, our room showed signs of wear, including water damage, and key amenities like coffee machines weren't maintained properly.

The indoor pool was refreshing, but the room cleaning wasn't done on the last day.

i had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is just a few steps from the bustling arbat shopping street and almost 2 km from the lovely central park, making it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy beautiful views during my walks.

My stay at Renion Park Hotel was wonderful! The staff was exceptionally accommodating and eager to assist with recommendations. I especially enjoyed the spaciousness of my room and the delightful breakfast options that were offered each morning, though I'd love to see more variety.
